Catered for our wedding of 150 guest. Sonya- owner- was on top of everything! The food was absolutely delicious!!! Best Potato Salad we have ever had. Highly recommend for your next event. Sonya put together a honeymoon basket, full of food for us when we got home, and pieces of our cakes as well. Amazing people and very helpful. View all feedback.
What misty dobbs doesn't like about Pappy John's Original Barbecue:
Cole slaw swimming in sugary water, chicken smoked until it was shriveled up very small. And the baked beans were loaded up with watery brown sugar. Not worth the money about 13 dollars per plate. I feel like I got ripped off I couldn't even eat it. My husband ate it so we wouldn't be wasting money. View all feedback.

Family pack ALWAYS A HIT!!! This place has been a staple of the area for years.
Food was delicious. Small shack but has room and it's comfy. Food was delicious. You know the potato salad is home made when it's dumped outta a sour cream tub. It was delicious. The pork was well seasoned and very moist. It was delicious. It was well wrapped in a to go order. The service was amazing as well. The shack was very clean. Great ladies in there working today. Parking was enough to get my semi in there and on the shoulder so Parking isn't a issue. Go get some great BBQ here it's worth every penny I spent 15.00 dollars.
The cole slaw was an amazing mayo and vinegar mix. We loved the pulled pork and chicken sandwiches.
Not even a thank you or come back. The owner’s daughter, don’t know her name but was very rude and acted like it hurt her feelings to fix an order. Food good service terrible
