App says that the order is complete and done but it 's not. It is always in about 10 minutes, we are working on it but 30 minutes later, the order is still not ready.

Horrible. Ordered told it was 48 minutes just to be another 40 when we went to go get it. Ordered mango habanero and Buffalo neither are even close to spicy. Ho... read more Horrible. Ordered told it was 48 minutes just to be another 40 when we went to go get it. Ordered mango habanero and Buffalo neither are even close to spicy. Honestly thought they just got them mixed up with another sauce. Got comped from the manager to remake the order which was so nice of her. BUT we had been told a half hour just for him to wait another 20 minutes or longer. Forgot the veggies for the kids meal. Fries under cooked. Boneless wings half sauced. They didn't have Dr Pepper. They are understaffed or something and from the reviews the staff they do have likes to stand around and talk which is not surprising considering how long everyone waits. We won't be back. Poor quality. Too high of a cost considering. BWW would never.
