The managers don't know what they're doing and have no idea how to properly train the staff. They and a few of my ex-coworkers were sometimes rude to the customers. The managers like to yell at their employees when something goes wrong and you haven't done anything. The orders take forever, and a good amount of the food is not fresh. The garlic knots, the canolis, and some of the other stuff were frozen I believe. I've had their pizza and garlic knots before. The pizza was OK and the garlic knots weren't garlicy enough for my taste. It's definitely not worth the price they're asking. And if you get harassed by an employee, the managers don't do anything about it. Service for the most part is pretty slow. I wouldn't recommend this place to anyone. You're better off going somewhere else that has good service and food.

I asked if they put oil and vinegar on the hoagie and was told it was italian dressing which would have been ok but it came with mayonnaise on it, which is unacceptable. I will never order from here again. Don't waste your money on a subpar pizza.
