I went to ask her to clean the table she said, "You can sit we will cl... read more Walked in to be seated for breakfast. The waitress assigned us a table, but it was dirty. I went to ask her to clean the table she said, "You can sit we will clean it in a bit. Who wants to sit at a dirty table? She finally cleaned the table and left it wet. There were only 3 families at the restaurant it wasn 't even busy. We end up walking out. Disappointed with the service

The worst customer service I've ever experienced. I called in a reservation for a party of 22 and was told the banquet room would be available for us. When we g... read more The worst customer service I've ever experienced. I called in a reservation for a party of 22 and was told the banquet room would be available for us. When we got there, they would not honor the reservation. I had TWENTY guests with me to celebrate a birthday and they refused to accommodate us in the banquet room although it was available. They stated they needed a deposit days in advance, additional fees, and said they would have to use special plates in that room... WHAT?!?!? None of this was stated when I called in the reservation. In order to serve us, they insisted we break up our party and sit at separate tables in the main room. Typically restaurants will at least move some tables around to sit a large group, and they weren't even willing to do that. Out of principle, we didn't want to eat at a restaurant that would treat their customers like that. We ended up circling town trying to find someplace that would accommodate such a large group in short notice. I wouldn't give this place any stars. We ended up at Sal's just around the block.
