They are horrible on customer service and McDonald 's used to be awesome and perfect but now with the personall they have now it is all gone to the garbage toda... read more They are horrible on customer service and McDonald 's used to be awesome and perfect but now with the personall they have now it is all gone to the garbage today I went to the drive true and no one was there before me and I was ready to order then another car comes to the other drive thru speaker and they attended them since they were a different skin tone than us! Selma is just full of racism against Hispanics and whites I am saying this as experience since we are from out of state where there is a lot more racism but making them attend another person than us is just not OK! If I were to work there as a manager I would fire everyone there and get people that aren 't going to just get paid and leave whenever McDonald 's needs employees that do care about they moto of customer satisfaction and this location ain 't it!! If you are looking for trouble then this is the place!! I would rate them a 0 if possible!!!
