Small, typical, winstub-type of restaurant with Bib Gourmand, well deserved. On the published menu quenelles de sandre, sauce matelote , but it was not available, unfortunately, it was the only truly interesting typical Alsace dish (sauce matelote) besides the inevitable, opulent choucroute dishes. We ate in the little pavement terrace on a beautiful evening. Very pleasant, the food was decent but not overly impressive. The desserts were the best part of the menu. As was the very charming if slightly overworked waitress. I ordered a steak as I had been told by our hotel that the father of the chef was a retired butcher who sourced amazing meat.
