Shah's Halal Food - Selden

This is the second time I ordered and received the incorrect items. They changed the online menu to have sauces on the side, but when I ordered it, they were too lazy to do it. And put a ridiculous amount of sauce all over my food. Now I ordered chicken and lamb and got an order of COLD chicken over rice (no lamb. Guess it was an old order) I dont know if they have new workers or management. But this is how you LOSE a business. Keep it up!

This was the first time I order from Shah Halal Food via Uber eat and I am extremely disappointed. I ordered the food for Iftar and my daughter chicken over rice platter was completely missing. She didn’t have anything to eat for Iftar. Another Sandwich suppose to be without cheese but it had cheese on it. My lamb gyro had add ons that I didn’t order. You couldn’t make the order more messed up. Called the store three times to reach someone so they can correct my order but no one picked up the phone. Very unprofessional and it would be my last time ordering from them.

The food is pretty good its the people that make this place suck. They are super rude and always doing what they want to do instead of catering to customers. Many times in the last 3 months the person behind the counter messed up my order. If I order a chicken cheese steak they'll make a Philly instead. If I ask for Kofta they gave me falafel instead. Like.....late nights it's not busy but they're so preoccupied with flirting either each other or their break times they don't care to offer good service. Quick good meals is what made this place good. The new employees ruined it.
