The order finally arrived at 8:20 PM and we were disappointed to find that all of the chips were cold, overcooked, and inedible. We will not be ordering from this restaurant again.

I requested only salad on the burger, but it took 70 minutes to arrive even though I live nearby (usually I would pick up, but I had just been in the bath and didn't want to get dressed again). The chips were tasty, but the burger bun had been covered in a spicy salsa sauce that was unpleasant, causing me to throw the burger away. The onion rings were also burnt and had to be discarded. In the end, I paid £8.50 for just the chips. Since it was late and I didn't want to wait another hour for a replacement, I decided not to bother calling to complain. That's the last time I'll be ordering from there.

To get my order delivered and then corrected took till exactly 8.16 3 hours later. It took 4 phone calls to finally get the order 1st placed. I would of said this used to be the best in selby but unfortunately won't use them again. It took nearly 2 hours for the delivery of the original order, 2 items were missing which then took nearly an hour to arrive. A great shame as it once was brilliant.

When we opened pizza it was stone cold so ran... read more 1 x Pizza and 1 x chips arrived an hour after we placed telephone order which was OK but slow for a Tuesday night. When we opened pizza it was stone cold so rang and let them know. They said they would resend order. Order arrived promptly minus chips, but driver took all the original order back! We rang back and stated we had been charged £17.40 for pizza and chips and still had no chips. They said they would send chips which arrived shortly afterwards, by this time pizza was going cold. So nearly 2hrs later we eventually got to eat. I also asked why we were charged £2.40 delivery which included a 42p service charge, got no answer. Web site states delivery for barlby as £1.40. Shame there is no customer services or competent manager as the pizza is good. We will not be using them again.
