Food was cold and after complaining we where told we can have a feee onion bhaji next time as it wasn’t there fault it wasn’t hot

Not had food from here for a while now. Far enough I know that you have to wait for it to be delivered and you get a set time for it to be delivered. But it was cold. And usually foil keeps things hot .... But Delivery lad must have delivered a few and was delayed by delivering. Our Chicken on the Platter tasted more like Tofu than Chicken . Bit rubbery. Used cheap not a Joke) Chicken to cook. Not proper farm fed Chicken. Best bit of it was my Punky Ice Cream ..... Think I will have to cook my own again.

We have ordered on just eat over 20 plus times throughout lockdown and NEVER have we been asked to pay extra delivery charges from the driver owner who came tonight I cannot complain about the food to to stand and ask three times for additional costs after paying online with just eat I was surprise. I paid the delivery charge as you can see from the photo it feels like a scam to get extra money from valid customers supporting the hospitality industry and local restaurants. Discussed.

Poor service wouldn’t recommend ordering using just eat ?
