This street restaurant is fantastic. The food is simple and delicious, just like homemade. Our waiter was incredibly quick. My son hadn't even finished his drink when they were already taking orders at another table, greeting them, and then back again to refill his drink. The service here is top-notch. View all feedback.
What Thea Dibbert doesn't like about Crooked Arrow Cafe:
Typically, this restaurant is top-notch but this recent visit was subpar. The appetizer was frozen in the middle and the roast beef seemed stale. However, the service and cleanliness were excellent, receiving a 5-star rating. View all feedback.
We have been driving past this café for years and finally had the opportunity to try it. Mrs. Flip Out ordered the grilled chicken dish and it was tasty. Our child had a large hamburger, perfect for a kid's appetite. I decided to try the chili after the waitress recommended it and found it to be flavorful and enjoyable. The salad I ordered was fresh and had a variety of toppings that Mrs. Flip Out also enjoyed. I opted for the chicken steak with potatoes and it was delicious. This is a great place to stop for lunch when passing through Beling.

I don't know what happened because the roast beef sandwich was all fat and it took time to get our food. we have never had such bad service.
Very clean, Small-town cafe with good choices. Has a salad bar, booth and tables with chairs, good sized seating area. No wait. One waitress, one cook. There were four of us. Two couples.First order -two chicken fried steak sandwiches with two waters. One cheese burger with fries, one order of dinner calf fries, with salad bar and sweet potato fries for sides, one water one sprite, On second order.Service was good, food was really good.il It's hard to find good restaurant calf fries and these were cooked well. The batter was not typical cornmeal batter, but actual batter like pancake batter textured. They were good.Steak sandwiches and cheese burger were huge, and also cooked good.We left full, and satisfied. The follow is why I only gave three stars. The interesting part came when the waitress asked if we were leaving a tip, then asked what percent of a tip ranging 15% up to 20%? That was just odd. She asked before we were able to see the total amount of our check. She didn't offer to split the check for us. It was all on one receipt. Strange.
