Sonic Drive-in - Seiling
Sonic Drive-in
Description
In Seiling, this Sonic is a local draw for inventive limited‑time items, playful drink combos and generously topped, fresh‑tasting classics. App ordering, drive‑thru and nostalgic carhop service make it convenient, and staff members are often praised for friendliness and cleanliness. However, recent staffing shortages have caused slow service, order mistakes and isolated management attitude issues, so experiences can be inconsistent. Overall it remains a family‑friendly, budget‑minded spot for on‑the‑go and casual dining.

Rang the bell for service and waited. Rang again and waited. Rang bell several times and finally a gal came out from the back. She wasn't rude but definitely nor excited ro help me. I ordered a super sonic breakfast burrito. Took this picture to show just what you get for your $5. Seems fast food is has become a great way to get rich. Prices continue to climb and portions continue to shrink. I can't wait to see how the owner justifies this review. After reading some of their replies to other reviews it is clear they don't use these to improve. ie. Trucker Casey's review reply that he didn't wait. His food was out in 5 mins. How do you know that. Casey didn't provide a receipt number or the date and time he ordered so you couldn't possibly go back and check. I used to work for multiple sonic locations for about 5 years total. I even skated/rollerbladed as a carhop for 3 of those years. Each time I come to this location they absolutely suck. I've tried giving them multiple chances, thinking it's just a rough day/night. They've failed to bring out the red tray per normal policy, failed to bring receipts and to even read the order back, don't offer condiments or anything else, and every time something is messed up. They're rude on the headset the majority of the time and in person at my window. Don't waste your money or time at this location. Meal type: Dinner
Don't ask for any type of modification to your food order. Soggy onion rings really suck. Meal type: Lunch Price per person: $10–20 Food: 2 Service: 4 Atmosphere: 3
Maybe you need to pay a livable wage so that employees care, or offer enough to get someone with experience. instead of taking advantage of highschool aged kids who can work for nothing and have no experience with people, food, or service...
