Family night at Seguin IHOP is always a nice pleasant time when we dine in. Our server was fantastic! She was very personable and polite. The food was delicious and fresh. Long line at the hostess desk. A server came over to tell ALL of us that we would wait a long time. Not enough staff I guess. Wasn’t very busy. I had to leave and go down the street for View all feedback.
I want to redeem myself, but more importantly, I want to give credit to IHOP and its staff. Since I had never dined there at 3:00 PM before, I was pleasantly surprised by the amazing team they have. They worked well together, and our food arrived hot and quickly—it was delicious! I believe our waitress was named Andrea, and she went above and beyond to make sure we had everything we needed. The staff also brought us little extras like additional napkins and butter, which I appreciated; they gave us no reason to ask for anything. The restaurant also appeared much cleaner and fresher than I expected. I will definitely return. Thank you! - Brad Blanca
The waiter crushed a cockroach on the floor, and it was still there when I left. They really need to clean up. The staff looked like they had just stepped out of a zombie movie. I won't be coming back.
