Long line at the hostess desk. A server came over to tell ALL of us that we would wait a long time. Not enough staff I guess. Wasn’t very busy. I had to leave and go down the street for
The waiter crushed a cockroach on the floor, and it was still there when I left. They really need to clean up. The staff looked like they had just stepped out of a zombie movie. I won't be coming back.
The food here is good, but unfortunately, that's where the positives end. Every time I visit, the service has been consistently poor. First, you have to wait 5 to 10 minutes just to be seated, and no one comes by to greet you. Once you are finally seated, there's another wait of 5 to 10 minutes before you meet your server. After receiving your food, don't expect to see your server again until they bring the bill. There’s never a check-in for refills either. This was our last visit. @Owner, you need to address these issues with your staff; it's really affecting your business.
