When I asked for a cup of water, the cashier told me that they don't provide cups for water. We had just spent $25 on two meals, and it seemed unreasonable not to be given a cup of water. To make matters worse, the cashier was rude. When I initially provided my name and then changed it to my wife's because I needed to use the restroom, she replied, "Well, I already put it in your name, and I'm leaving it." It was unbelievable.

This time it seems like they chose to put the fries in a bowl of salt after frying them because these are caked in salt. Straight into the trash. Stop making me waste money!
