We stopped for a sandwich after coming down from the mountain starch peak I think he found a third of the Italian population that day starved (external temperature with few expectations. instead the sandwiches with fresh bread (bono) pecorino (bono and cooked ham were wonderful. the environment and particular seems to be catapulted in other times. We enjoyed them until the last crumb.
Small restaurant but offers excellent cuisine. Good pizza and fish too.
Great little restaurant with pizza, pasta and more. Seven of us walked in for an early dinner and they were very welcoming. Very little English spoken so be sure to know a little Italian or have your translation app ready. But they were still so kind to us even though our Italian was poor. They had a special of the day which was great. We came back a different night and ordered a bunch of pizzas for take out. Very accommodating, nice, and the food was delicious.
We will definitely not recommend this place unless you are fancy waiting the whole evening for the food. We were waiting for our buchetta for 1,5 hour before it came. Only one red wine to choose (no menu-card for wine) Beside all the waiting all tables got there food before us, as this place favor locals before tourists. If you want to eat another place in Seggiano, we recommend you to the other restaurant in the old town up the hill. Last but not least, the food was pretty ordinary. Nothing special and defiantly not the real Italian pasta you are searching for.
