Stars are given to career almost 40 years and looking for quality where it is produced; not at km 0 as many customers claim, but what does it matter? It is difficult not to exalt this path made of simplicity and elegance that has its maximum expression in the ravioli filled with pigeons. after 20 years the feeling is always pleasant relaxation in the goto. the quality ratio costs, perhaps, more favorable now than then.
Cured kitchen, really goose dishes in a cozy and relaxed environment. I appreciated the attention to the oo of the products km 0 and to the self-production plant. next to the restaurant you can walk the aromatic garden and observe the care with which vegetables and small fruits are grown.
