I received a smoothie that was a third empty. When I pointed this out to the heavier set woman at the window, all she said was "good night." It was a medium cup, and I hadn't even taken a sip. Great job, McDonald's. This was a waste of my money; I should have just gone to Wawa for a smoothie. I won't be returning.
I was trying to place an order at the drive-thru, but every time I mentioned an item, the attendant would interrupt me to give me my total, even though I wasn't finished ordering. She kept cutting me off while I was trying to finish, and eventually she started taking another car's order while I was still trying to place mine. The service was terrible.
Once inside, I checked my bag and saw that there was no BBQ sauce included. It's quite frustrating that they can't take a moment to double-check the order before passing it to customers. I understand it can get busy, but this isn't the first time I've experienced issues with my orders here. I really think the owner should be made aware of these recurring problems. I strongly encourage them to listen to customers and ensure that food orders are thoroughly checked before being handed out. If everything were correct the first time, it would make the dining experience so much more enjoyable.
When the manager finally handed me my food, she didn't make eye contact or ask if I needed any condiments. I thanked her and wished her a good day, but she simply walked away. To top it all off, my order was incorrect. It's frustrating to see fast food companies hiring anyone without ensuring they can manage the business properly. This kind of poor customer service and ineffective management is only going to lead to problems. Mike Brown, the area supervisor, needs to address the issues in his stores; monthly drug tests and closer scrutiny of the managers are necessary. They should be providing guidance but instead just blend in, treating the workplace like a hangout spot.
I had a disappointing experience at the McDonald’s drive-thru yesterday. After placing and paying for my order, I was told at the window that my food had been given to someone else by mistake. We waited for nearly half an hour before finally getting our order. When we got home, I found that my grandson’s cheeseburger was missing from his Happy Meal. I’m really frustrated with these problems at the Seffner location.
