However, if you’re dining in, they will correct it for you. Mike provides excellent customer service, though I’m not sure if he’s a manager or not. Overall, I’d rate it a 4. Just be sure to check your order before leaving, but that’s typical at any fast food chain these days. If you enjoy beef-n-cheddar, definitely try it with a side of what they call Red Ranch; it makes a huge difference, I promise! Thanks, and have a great day!

Even when the drive-thru is open, the shake machine is usually out of order. Honestly, I find McDonald's to be more dependable.

Perhaps I'm j... read more "Arby’s: 'We Have The Meat'? Not in my two gyros! I placed my order on September 17, 2022, at 2:16 PM (Order #335) at the TA location, Store 7324. Perhaps I'm just spoiled by my local Arby’s #135, but my gyros were seriously lacking in meat. On top of that, I was charged an extra $2 for just a teaspoon of jalapeños, which my local Arby’s doesn’t charge for, either in-store or online. I wasn’t given a price at the drive-thru or the window, so I should have asked before handing over my card. The total came to $13.86, which felt like a total rip-off. I noticed that the recent price increase was 25%, not 50%. How is it possible that my fries were burnt and served at room temperature? It’s astounding that a gallon of gas costs less than your fries. The price of potatoes hasn’t gone up that much—unless they’re sourced from the black market. I am deeply disappointed and disgusted by the corporate greed. Needless to say, Arby’s will read my review, but they won’t be getting any more of my money. P.S. Do you want the extra ketchup and napkins back? UPDATE: I received a generic auto-response; too late now! I’ve already submitted this review and filled out the form. Doh!"
