I went to the Rebstock Restaurant for dinner with friends. For the weekend it is necessary to make reservations because the place is usually packed. The service is very friendly, efficient and gives great recommendations on food and wine. The menu offers a large variety of local cuisine with a seasonal focus point. Today, Saturday, June 3rd, 2023, four of us wanted to enjoy an aperitif on the terrace at 5:15 p.m. We only wanted to stay until 6 p.m. because we were attending an event afterwards. The waiter brushed us off and sent us to the competition because all tables were supposedly reserved from 6 p.m.... Opposite in the castle tower we were served very courteously and warmly.
