Tgi Fridays - Seekonk

This place sucks burger made me puke beware of TGI fris in this specific location! It really is not clean. The service was very limited and took a while. I asked for a second soda and it took almost exactly 25 minutes. The appetizer was cold and mushy .

I don 't typically enjoy eating in chain restaurants especially when we live in the Providence area where you can find so many wonderful spots but it 's school vacation week and my kids wanted to go to TGI Friday 's, so here we are. There was a backlog of people waiting to be seated when we arrived at 1:15, we waited a few minutes before someone returned to the host stand and there were two parties ahead of us so it took us about 7 or 8 minuets from walking in to being greeted, which felt like a lifetime for my kids. My oldest likes to come here because of their endless appetizers deal which we found out had recently changed and instead of being able to select from a long list of appetizers to sample, they have changed it to include only three; mozzarella sticks, buffalo bites, and pot stickers. He was disappointed to learn about this change and at $15 per person, this is no longer a great value since he would only eat the mozzarella sticks. We waited nearly thirty minutes for our lunch which consisted of a kids meals, a quesadilla, a burger, and a salad. When the food arrived it was hot and tasty, everyone ate their entire meal, but again the long wait between ordering and receiving food was something that my kids pointed out. They must have been short staffed today because we experienced unusually long waits for everything and the restaurant was not busy. In fact, I was surprised to see that the section we were seated in was completely empty but had two dirty tables that went un bussed the entire time we were there (which was over an hour) The one saving grace today was that our server was an absolute delight. Had it not been for her, we would have left totally disappointed and discouraged from returning again.

Saturday night dinner with the kiddos. First off my waitress was extremely friendly and very attentive. The Fridays was packed so the fact that she made sure to check on us. The appetizers came out almost 5 mins after we put the order in which was great with a group of hungry children. I love their mozzarella sticks they are so cheesy I could have eaten all 6 by myself. The entrees followed quickly after. I ordered the full rack of ribs with the jack daniels sauce and 2 sides (loaded mashed potato with french fries). The ribs were on special for $12.99 it was a lot of food for the price. The ribs were so good definitely better than Chilis or Applebees. There were a lot of people in there so it was noisy, but the bathroom was clean, the tables were clean, and it was a Saturday night. I go here all the time and will continue too ...

I tried well done steak was burn, didn't enjoy it at all. I think next time I will have to ask for medium.

I went in with a party of three and hardly any other customers was in the restaurant. So I was hoping that service would be nice and easy and that I would be in and out. When my server came she quickly took our order and never came back for 20 minutes. When we got our Appetizer it came with 6 tortilla chips and an Entire bowl of artichoke dip and cup of salsa. We couldn't even eat the rest of the dip Cause there wasn't enough chips. Then when our food came not only did our food come cold but the sizzling flat iron stake that we ordered came silent. Then the Whiskey glaze burger that I ordered came entirely burnt at the bottom and was very unpleasant to eat. My server would take our order or anyone else's order in the restaurant, then sit a few booths down from my table being on her phone and talking about MaraJuana with her other co-workers. or sit down and take a drink soon after we had asked her for utensils. Only when I made eye contact with her did she get what we had asked for. After that my party and I were trying to order food to go and we couldn't get a hold of our server anywhere. We had to call someone else over but even then it was hard to place our order cause as soon at we asked for one item the person who came to help, he was quick to leave. So eventually when our server came back we had to place the rest of our order with Her.
