For that kind of pizza the dough balls must weigh between 180 and 250 g and its pecularity among Italian pizzas is its raised rim (which I personally do not like too much). There is an attentive use of top quality ingredients and there are several particular versions to choose from in the menu. I had a terrific one with 'nduja (particularly spicy, spreadable pork salumi from Calabria region) and Andria buffalo milk mozzarella (typical mozzarella cheese from Puglia region made with spun dough): super tasty ! Good selection of craft beers. I loved the Pale Ale and Saison by Boyne Brewhouse (Ireland) perfectly pairing our pizzas. Lively atmopshere and informal touch; you can eat both inside or outside. For sure it is worth trying.
