I had a nice dinner tonight. friendly, friendly staff. clean restaurant. the food was delicious and the prices were excellent. large menu with many delicious options. what do you want? is going to become more regular. much more beautiful atmosphere than the “tourist” restaurant in india, which is very impersonal. Got a take away tonight from here and ordered a chicken madras which is usually red. It was brown and had no spice just tasted like the gravy they use. Naan was OK but I wouldn't return for another after what we had tonight. Would rather order pizza than pay double for this. Third time visiting this restaurant and now it's our favourite place to go when visiting Burnham. Excellent food and service. Didn't need to book a table and didn't feel rushed when there. Highly recommend the set meal for two, more than enough food for two people.
What a find! Fabulous food and a great ambiance. Starters were prawn butterfly and a battered garlic prawn (not had that before) both excellent. Mains lamb dopiaza, pilau rice, chicken tikka biryiani and brinjal bhaji with a keema naan. It is rare we go to an Indian restaurant and eat everything in sight. We did this time and feel absolutely stuffed! It was Fabulous
