I arrived here on my own struggling with a case and a walking stick following a very painful fall after I tripped over the cat. New menu was brilliant, although we had also eaten from the old, which was a great value for money. nice eating and very friendly and helpful staff.
The soup was bland and microwaved, while the overall quality of the food was decent for pub fare. The dessert was frozen in the center. The portion sizes were good, but I would not recommend this place. The staff were friendly, although they could not apologize enough for the issues with the meal.
Went here for dinner, and can’t see why there are complaints. Food was tasty, service was really excellent, overall very satisfied. Food is priced well for what you get, left satisfied and full

Not what I expected from such a lovely located and surrounding hotel. Will be eating out for the rest of our stay.
