What User doesn't like about Sweets Tea Rooms:
We ordered three hot drinks and a sausage roll. The sausage roll arrived after 20 minutes and was a bit overcooked. However, after waiting 35 minutes, we still had not received our hot drinks. We asked for a refund, which also proved to be a challenge for the staff. We have been customers in the past and the service was okay, but unfortunately, we will not be returning. View all feedback.

We have fallen a few times in the run of the years of this caffe and without taking out had to wait a very long time to be served and even longer to get our order of coffee and cake. very popular with pedal cyclists and could be...more personal. a sacrifice of their own success in our opinion.

Love going to this place. The staff are always more than helpful and the food is great value. I visit regularly as it is in the perfect location for my cycle routes.
We’ve been going regularly ever since we discovered it when we were walking on the levels at Westhay or Ham Wall. It looks unprepossessing from outside but the quirky inside with the mismatched chairs and wood burner is very Britishly charming. Staff are great, prices...really low and the food is all home made and terrific quality. There’s always a wait which is a good sign as it’s being cooked, not microwaved from the packet. Love this place!
