We stopped in for a coffee on our way to visit the caves and asked if we could bring our dog inside. They happily accommodated us, seating us near the back of the café. We ordered two coffees and some shortbread, and while we waited, the server came over and offered our dog a treat. It was her favorite! I’m sorry I in service industry it always with a smile . You were surly rude and stressed . Coffee was good . But if you turn away customers looking for high tea and then call them idiots then doesn’t matter what your coffee like ! We were customers and overheard your gentleman not good . View all feedback.
Friendly staff with excellent customer service. The coffee and carrot cake were delicious! Would definitely go back again.
Such a quirky place. Such a warm welcome felt like we were visiting a friends place rather than a tea shop. The scones were warm and super yummy and there was what seemed like a bucket full of clotted cream and jam! Lots of lovely oldy woldy memorabilia and games etc around. Just lovely.
Our visit to cheddars was a slightly damp one, as the weather was not good, it was made up for by the warm welcome we got at this place, piping hot tasty drinks and a lovely selection of tasty cakes and edibles. Definitely recommend it
Great quaint cafe in Cheddar Gorge. Friendly welcoming staff. Excellent coffee and good selection of cakes etc. Lots of interesting memorabilia to see in the decor.
What a fantastic place interesting quirky interior. Excellent coffee served by extremely friendly and helpful female. Best cafe in Cheddar Gorge and we've tried a few. Highly recommended.
