Papa Johns - Sedgemoor

I made a mistake with my order and requested for it to be changed. The food had not even been prepared yet, but the server, Amy, who was very miserable, told me that it was too late as the order had already gone through. I asked to speak to the manager, Ashleigh, only to be told that it was my fault for not reading the menu properly and that the order couldn't be changed. Ashleigh displayed zero customer service skills and provided the worst customer service I have ever experienced. It was clear that she was not trained to handle or resolve any complaints from paying customers. To make matters worse, Ashleigh even felt the need to call security when all I wanted to do was cancel and reorder my order. This experience basically ruined our weekend family break at Haven Burnham on Sea.

I recently had a pizza at this restaurant, but it did not meet the usual high standards of Papa John's. The pizza seemed overpriced and did not have the juicy and succulent taste that we are used to from other Papa John's locations. Overall, it was a disappointing experience.

I was very happy to discover a PJ's branch at the Haven site in Burnham. This location is not listed on the main PJ's website; you can only access it through the Haven app or by calling them directly. There are some special offers available through the Haven ordering process, but it's recommended to visit the takeaway first to pick up one of their leaflets. Many exclusive deals can only be found on the leaflets, so make sure to mention these when placing your order over the phone. The delivery was quick and the pizza was delicious.

Chain quality pizza on the haven site, not the cheapest but very tasty and convenient if staying at haven

Stayed at Haven and had Papa Johns twice. Usual fayre and extras but lacks the top deals a most Papa John Outlets. Beats cooking and very handy to order for delivery to the Showbar.
