Friendly staff as always and eager to please. Had a chicken breast and chips and an extra large cod and chips. The chips tonight we're even more amazing! Seemed as though they had been half battered and fried . Best chippy in the town. Thank you. View all feedback.

Called in while passing. Quick friendly service and nice battered sausage. Chips not cooked so well and loads unpeeled properly and had many eyes. Not somewhere I would go again for chips View all feedback.
I recently visited this restaurant and enjoyed the excellent food and outstanding customer service. It is definitely the best chip shop in Bridgwater, and I would highly recommend it.
The chips, fish, and potato fritter were all very greasy. The man behind the counter had grey hair and was scratching his head, wiping his face with a tea towel, and looked unkempt and scruffy in his t-shirt. He was scratching his head and scalp, then touching the food and wiping the counter. There was no pride in the business at all. I haven't visited this restaurant in a long time and will not be returning.
We ordered 2 fish and chip meals, as well as a burger for our granddaughter. If I didn't know any better, I would have thought the burger was a frozen microwave meal or even a rat burger. The fish batter was soggy, and the chips were oversized and also soggy. I will not be returning to this restaurant ever again. I strongly recommend avoiding it at all costs.

The ONLY CHIPPY to make home made onion rings in Bridgwater Home made fish cake like other in town loaded with fish. Irish curry sauce. smooth slightly Chinesey sauce) Dolphin chippy and star are without a doubt the 2 best chippy in Bridgwater. If your not convinced by the quality of the food I think I would pay your bill. This chippy is the most homemade food chippy in town and I cannot believe iv missed it for so long.
