I visited this restaurant twice this week while on vacation. It is a lovely place with brilliant, helpful, and friendly staff who provide great customer service. The tables were cleared quickly and despite it being busy, there was hardly a queue. I believe this may be due to the fact that there were three more mature ladies serving instead of teenagers. I only wanted a coffee, so I wasn't in the shop for very long. The employees were friendly and quick to take my order. The quality of my coffee was similar to others I've had, so I have no complaints in that regard. View all feedback.
When the restaurant is crowded, it becomes difficult to navigate. It would be helpful if they had priority seating for disabled individuals to easily enter and exit. Due to the lack of this accommodation, we had trouble securing a table.

I really enjoyed my hot chocolate with marshmallows and a toastie. My husband had a latte and a panini, both were delicious. The staff was very nice.
The service at this restaurant was excellent. The place was very clean and the coffee and chocolate were top-notch. The toasties were delicious.
I have been a regular at Costa in Burnham-on-Sea for three years. The staff are always friendly and helpful. I will continue to visit this place for the foreseeable future. 10/10.
