A wonderful discovery! La Palanquée is a simple and unpretentious brasserie where you quickly feel at ease. The welcome is warm: the waitresses are smiling and friendly, and the atmosphere is reminiscent of a home where regulars love to gather. It's easy to chat with the manager, who also works in the kitchen, which gives the place a real sense of authenticity. But above all, the food is excellent! The ingredients are high-quality and well-prepared, with excellent value for money: the daily special is €12.90, and à la carte dishes rarely exceed €20. Special mention also goes to the wines by the glass for under €5, which is becoming quite rare these days. The small outdoor terrace is a real bonus for a leisurely lunch. A friendly and welcoming place that I highly recommend!
While passing through Seclin, we ate at La Palanquée and it was wonderful. I had a delicious chicken gratin with Maroilles cheese and a crème brûlée for dessert; everything was PERFECT! I highly recommend it!! Very, very good food, warm welcome
