Overall, this restaurant is great. They provide fast service and the food is exactly as I like it. However, I was disappointed to see both workers not wearing masks when I visited on January 10th, 2021. The male worker quickly put on his mask, but the woman, who seemed to have just taken hers off, remained behind the counter with the male worker without wearing a mask until they left a few minutes later. They seemed completely unaware of the rules. It was frustrating to see a sign at the front of the restaurant stating "masks required", but the staff not following the rules themselves.
Average subway. typical fluorescent lighting, sexy blinds, yellow walls and orange flowing floors. oolala! the brot smells like work saxy, the meat is microsaturated, which bathes vegetables in chemicals to stay longer fresh, but hey,! they have their choice of sauces.
The menu is the same as any other subway. this location is very clean and the substation where they make their subs is also clean and organized. the ingredients looked fresh. service was fast and good.
It just opened September 12 and is rapidly getting up to speed in mere days since starting. A truly winning formula that just gets better for the budget-minded eater. I love their meatball sub. I had mine in an Italian herb and cheese baguette, then...toasted and the usual excellent selection of add ons. Really fresh ingredients and something for everyone, even those strictly watching the calories. You can tell they seriously care about making you happy. I limited myself to a 6 inch meatball sub, but next time I will go all out for the foot-long. It had been a year since I had one and I had forgotten how ridiculously delicious they are. The coffee was good too and perfect for those of us who only like medium strength. Nice decor. Like I said, the menu caters for everyone and is very comprehensive, so give it a good look over and just might be won away from your standard favourite sub. Directions: enter either from the 5700 block Teredo Street side of the mall, or from the north side. Near the pet food store and opposite the jewellers. Very generous opening hours, seven days a week.
I have visited this restaurant before and unfortunately, I experienced the same lack of customer service upon arrival. I was not greeted and had to initiate the conversation myself. The staff seemed more interested in their personal conversations than assisting customers. I do not plan on returning to this establishment.
