Overall a pretty average experience!! Place seems understaffed and they did their best to serve us! The fries and sides were great! Burgers left a bit to be desired! My banzai burger was a bit overcooked. View all feedback.
The service was terrible, the waiter “lost” our order and came back to notify us 30 minutes later… I'm never coming back. Super unprofessional.
Imagine going to get food after work, going to Red robin… ordering a well done burger… along with experiencieng terrible service, you get served this …. And you are so hungry, that you actually bite into it … Absolutely disgusting…. I am still sick ?
They have the BEST Chicken ? Cobb salad, yummy! ? ;0)
For a chain, the burgers are legit. Kids love it as well.
Great burgers and service. Food came out quick. Beer on tap. Good prices.
