From a beautiful room, super leisure activities of the hotel, luxurious wellness to incredibly nice, extremely helpful and endlessly smiling staff who will fulfill your every wish. We had half-board and breakfast and dinner were absolutely great very soon we will be happy to come back to rest again : PS: don't be afraid to thank the staff properly, they deserve it and it certainly motivates them to work above the standard! :

We had rooms with air conditioning which came in handy on hot summer days. Rooms: Although the rooms are equipped with smart TVs, on which the controller promises YouTube and Netflix, the TVs in both rooms in which our family stayed were not connected to the Internet. Despite repeated assurances at the reception that the defect would be fixed the next day, this did not happen during the entire stay. Food drinks: The breakfasts were excellent and rich, served in the form of a buffet. However, if you are attracted to buffets, I would like to point out that lunches and dinners as part of half/full board are also buffet-style, but you have to ask for the food, the kitchen staff will put it on your plate.

We were in the annex building, but it also had its own restaurant and even a bicycle shed, the r... read more If you are thinking about a stay with wellness, this was a hit. We were in the annex building, but it also had its own restaurant and even a bicycle shed, the room was nice. The staff were professional, often greeted and were very attentive, e.g. they will bring you a drink from the bar down to the bowling alley, the waiter will come out of the restaurant to show you the wheelhouse.......It is definitely worth buying a package offered by the hotel instead of simple accommodation (e.g. Booking.com), which includes the most valuable things one entrance to the first class sauna world, half board (breakfast was standard, dinner was great) and a selected leisure activity (you can choose, for example, bowling). The offer of leisure activities is very wide, the hotel is professionally managed, and the services are detailed (bike room, bike rental, everything on a card, swimming pool even after check out). We were very satisfied, if we were to mention some completely unimportant details (the hotel is obviously working with feedback), a) it was not possible to order a package via the hotel's online system and I had to do it by phone/e mail, b) perhaps for the sake of clarity, separate the salty/sweet menu in the area more, or add labels, c) perhaps replace some elements at the showers in the indoor pool.
