Was Happy Ox at Mon Cirque Wine a mag?
Kitschy wine bar close to the main downtown circle with lots of eclectic seating and areas to have a private conversation or even enjoy a board game. In addition to some, beer is available along with snacks but no substantial food. There is plenty of parking nearby. The exterior lighting is very dim so the location appears closed when it is actually lively inside. View all feedback.

I had a wonderful visit! I wasn't aware of this place until a friend told me about it, and I'm so glad I decided to check it out! The atmosphere was fantastic, the people were friendly, and the conversations were enjoyable. I even discovered a wine that I really like! I will definitely be returning!

This is a lively wine bar with an excellent selection of wines and beers. The bartenders are friendly and make an effort to remember your name, welcoming you back on your visits. The decor has a charming French vibe that adds to the overall atmosphere.
