Unique dinning not fancy but very good. Old Florida feel. I lived in Fla in the 50’s and loved it. No air conditioning either. Don’t know how I did it. We had steak excellent fresh green beans so good! 3 people came for dinner on horseback! Steak brought to table for us to pick out. Only had that done in Manhattan Morton’s more for sure and not as good. Will go again, View all feedback.

I haven't even had the opportunity to dine here yet, and honestly, I'm not sure I want to anymore. The menu doesn't seem appealing, and the service was terrible. We waited at least five minutes to be seated, then another ten minutes just to get someone—who wasn't even our server—to bring us drinks. A delicious experience. My wife and I are from Texas and came to Sebring to visit my mother . My mother suggested the Gator Shack and so we took her tonight. Danielle was our waitress and she was terrific! She was so very helpful, informative, and excited to serve. We truly appreciated her attentiveness and helpfulness. She provided great advice and directed us to amazing foods. Everything we ate from Gator Bites, Mahi-mahi fish to the Gator Shack basket was yummy. I enjoyed the shrimp, fish, gator bites also the Cheese Curds too! The green beans were delicious too. I enjoyed but wasn’t as impressed with the cabbage and bacon but everything else well overcame this singular “okay” moment. The environment was fun and inviting. The prices were good and I was absolutely visit next time I come to the area!!! Definitely will come back next time we’re in town! Thank you for the memories and great food! Dietary restrictions: Lots of options and met my dietary requirements!
