The restaurant had very unclean hair hanging from their searing signs in the lobby. The two young kids working behind the counters were also dirty. The tables were messy with scraps on them. They need older staff who know how to keep the location clean, such as sweeping floors and wiping tables. The pie I ordered was stale and when I asked for a coffee, they gave me a hot coffee instead. When I pointed out the mistake and asked for an ice cream, they apologized and gave me another hot coffee. The area where I sat had sour milk floating in it, indicating poor hygiene practices. This place was a germ center, especially with COVID going around. I will not be returning to this business on 27 S Sebring. Unfortunately, the reality is that they need more mature help to improve their cleanliness standards.
This is the best ice cream I've ever had. I've been enjoying it since I was a kid. Some places use old coffee in their ice cream, which makes it gritty, but this place uses fresh coffee every time. It's definitely worth a try if you're in the area.
The food quality at this restaurant was subpar. The hash browns were overcooked and mushy, the sandwich bread was soggy, and my coffee lacked any flavor other than cream. Additionally, the staff tried to eject me from the restaurant simply because I asked for a refund, which is unacceptable.
The caramel iced latte was absolutely delicious and paired perfectly with the Maple Sugar Snackin' Bacon. The hashbrowns were also amazing. Thank you all for your hard work. Keep it up and may God bless you all. I hope everyone stays safe through the storms. Have a blessed day.
