The tables w... read more The restaurant had very unclean hair hanging from their searing signs in the lobby. The two young kids working behind the counters were also dirty. The tables were messy with scraps on them. They need older staff who know how to keep the location clean, such as sweeping floors and wiping tables. The pie I ordered was stale and when I asked for a coffee, they gave me a hot coffee instead. When I pointed out the mistake and asked for an ice cream, they apologized and gave me another hot coffee. The area where I sat had sour milk floating in it, indicating poor hygiene practices. This place was a germ center, especially with COVID going around. I will not be returning to this business on 27 S Sebring. Unfortunately, the reality is that they need more mature help to improve their cleanliness standards.

Some places use old coffee in their ice cream, which makes it gritty, but this place uses fresh coffee every time. It's definitely worth a try if you're in the area.
