The reason I gave them a one-star rating is due to a frustrating experience when I decided to dine in one evening at 8:30 PM. I ended up sitting down to eat at 9:20 PM. The staff was preoccupied, chatting with friends at the counter, and they even served them two delicious Oreo Frosties. When it was finally my turn, I asked for the same Oreo ice cream, but they told me it wasn't available for sale. After some insistence, they reluctantly sold me one but emphasized that it wasn't typically for sale. The rest of my food took around 20 minutes to be prepared, so I didn't actually start eating until 9:20 PM.
