Wonder Ethiopian Restaurant Sport Bar

Came here to celebrate my friends' birthday on a Saturday. They had live jazz and they sang their birthday. The staff also helped us to bring out the cake and offered an excellent service for the occasion. The food was exceptional and it is my favorite restaurant in the area. Food is expensive and enough to share with several people. Even as it was a sports bar, they had the basket game on which a bonus was.

This is not one and only Ethiopian restaurants I go to Seattle. The server that helped (I wish I had her name) was so nice and helpful. The food was amazing as always 15/10. The place is super clean and speculative. On Saturday they also have live music. There are enough parking spaces. It is very easy in downtown to find the restaurant. Try to eat kuanta firfir and kitfo . Always happy to eat or take from this restaurant. Very recommended.

We had an excellent dinner here. We ordered the meat combination for two, and it was a generous portion with a beautiful selection of dishes. The server was very attentive. We will definitely be back

Taste Ethiopian food for the first time and I liked it! The server was soooo sweet and helpful. She suggested I get the Tibs as a first timer without allergies. I also ordered some spicy Ethiopian pommes and had some of the chocolate mousse cakes and Baklava. Quite liked everything, although the mousse cake was very thick and not really a light texture, it was still delicious. My partner and I were busy. There was only one server, so sometimes we had to wait until she helps us. It didn't bother me too much because they were friendly, extraordinary service independent. I'd come back to try new dishes!

Ethiopian food is one of those types of food where you’re not sure if you want it, until you try it, and then you realize it is bursting with flavor and tender deliciousness. Combine that with live jazz, a unique beer selection and superb service (Dagi was fantastic) and you have… Wonder [Ethiopian Restaurant]. I highly recommend trying the Kay Wat and Doro Wat (Chicken beef) sample combo (you have to special request) or the vegetarian sampler. Both were superb and truly among the best Ethiopian food I have ever had.
