This was one of the best omakase experiences I've ever had. The chef truly understands fish and takes diners on a thoughtful journey, explaining how each piece was selected, aged, and prepared. Watching him prepare and plate the dishes is a mesmerizing experience. The atmosphere feels very intimate, almost like you’re having dinner at a friend's elegant home—provided that your friend has access to some of the finest fish available. I highly recommend it and will definitely return.
Whenever I visit Seattle, I always make a reservation at this restaurant. I love the food and the service is fantastic. I will definitely be returning next year!
The sushi exceeded my expectations. I ordered the take-away omakase, and both the fish and rice were fantastic. This place is better than 95% of sushi restaurants in the USA.
This is one of my favorite sushi spots in the Seattle area! I can’t wait to visit again in the fall. Food: 5/5
