However, Vietli... read more One of my favorite Vietnamese restaurants in Seattle! The only competition it faces, in my opinion, is Pho Bac, especially when it comes to pho. However, Vietlicious stands out for serving the BEST vermicelli bowls I've ever tasted at a restaurant. As someone of Vietnamese heritage with an amazing mom who cooks at home, I often find restaurant vermicelli bowls disappointing. But Vietlicious truly exceeded my expectations. The pork was perfectly seasoned and cooked! The accompanying fish sauce struck a wonderful balance between salty and sweet. The portions were also very generous. I’ve tried the beef pho as well, and I can confidently say it’s delicious! Additionally, the staff are incredibly friendly!
