This is my second favorite place to get coffee, apart from Vivace. High quality beverages. Food is good. Owners are such amazing people. Staff is friendly. Pricing is good. If you are near this area, this is place to get coffee. Hard to find parking but so is all of Seattle.

Opt for an espresso w/ homemade cream.Delicious toast options. Highly recommend the Ricotta Tomato Toast. Quality healthy Avocado Toast.Seating fills up. A hotspot for college study sessions. Be prepared to wait or take to go.
Avocado egg toast was good! And “ walk to work “ coffee is delicious with the special foam. Atmosphere is cozy. Decently priced. Definitely worth trying.
The best place to get coffee, matcha, pastries, food, etc. I come here multiple times a week and I haven’t tried something here that I didn’t like. My go to is a matcha latte and a prosciutto apple sandwich, avocado egg toast, and/or a chocolate croissant (cornetto).It is often busy but it never feels that way. The owners and employees in general are all so kind and helpful. Love going here and love the employees so much.
