Tidal restaurant is a hit-or-miss dining experience with a beautifully decorated ambience and convenient location near the Paramount Theatre. Some customers raved about the delicious fish and chips, while others were disappointed with the quality of their meals, which they felt were overpriced given the portion sizes. The service received mixed reviews, with some diners appreciating the friendly and efficient servers, while others had negative encounters with unresponsive wait staff. Despite the inconsistency in food quality and service, some guests enjoyed their meals, found the menu intriguing, and had positive experiences dining at Tidal before attending shows at the Paramount Theatre. Overall, the restaurant seems to have potential but still has room for improvement.

We often go to Urbane before our shows at the Paramount Theatre. We have valet parking that's discounted when we eat dinner there for the show. It's so nice to go in and out quickly at the end of our special evening. The service is ALWAYS excellent. All the staff are friendly and helpful. They check if we have a time schedule we need to keep making sure that we are on time for our show. Our servers are quick to guide... View all feedback.
What User dislikes about Urbane:
Food wasn't great, but cool. Surely not worth the price, but if you want to stay at the hotel and don't want to go than this is a better option to scarfhub or eat over. View all feedback.
Great customer service. All of my questions were answered quickly. Food was delicious. The fish and chips were so crispy you could hear the crunch a table away .
The food took an hour and was cold when I finally got it.
We had Sunday brunch here. Good selection of items on the menu, and we were both happy with our choices. The restaurant appeared to be understaffed, as we waited about 10 minutes for someone to take our order. Finally someone who must have been the manager stepped in. Once the order was taken, the food arrived promptly. When the waiter brought the bill, she apologized for the slow service and deducted a couple of items from the total. Overall a pleasant experience.
The staff was friendly and the salmon sandwich was delicious!
A wonderful meal, not too loud to have a conversation, great service.
