Still around (since 2015 and Paseo previously), still making that 1 hr drive north every time I'm back in Seattle, and still SO WORTH IT. I like to get the Caribbean Roast with a side of lettuce, but The Press is also delicious. Un Bien knocks it out of the park every time. Prepare for a bit of a mess when you eat it because it's so juicy. I still haven't found anything like them in the other states I've lived in sin... View all feedback.
What Marco Espinosa doesn't like about Un Bien:

Cuban sandwiches are out of this world . Friendly staff and hands down one of the beat sandwiches I have ever had. (Traducido por Google) Los sándwiches cubanos están fuera de este mundo. Personal amable y sin duda uno de los mejores sándwiches que he tenido.
This place is amazing and Mario is one of the best workers there (Traducido por Google) Este lugar es increíble y Mario es uno de los mejores trabajadores allí.
That Caribbean Roast Sandwich tho!!! (Traducido por Google) ¡Ese sándwich de asado caribeño!
My first time trying this shop! Me and my partner absolutely loved it. I don’t recall the last time I ate something that was super savory every second of every bite. The sauces that were on the sandwich were delicious and the meat was prepared perfectly. Definitely coming again. #7 with jalapeños is a great choice if you are just starting out.
One of the best sandwiches I've ever had. Got the press and the normal roast. I would recommend the press more but both are very good.Food: 5/5
