Tsui Sushi is a Japanese restaurant that is right near Greenlake and serves great quality sushi at a reasonable price. The staff here is super friendly, sushi and food is made to order, and they have a good amount of seating inside that includes a bar area and a TV that they play movies on. Parking outside can be tough some times. Would definitely recommend spicy tuna and shrimp tempura rolls. View all feedback.
What Ryan B doesn't like about Tsui Sushi:
I pick up delivery orders from these guys all the time. I had to use the bathroom at midnight while picking up a customers order and the sushi chef tells me no public bathroom as if I 'm some homeless bum walking in. That 's b The business we bring to the store as delivery drivers qualifies us to be able to take a **** or s when needed I think. Tsui Sushi is a Japanese restaurant located near Greenlake that offers high-quality sushi at reasonable prices. The staff is exceptionally friendly, and all the sushi and dishes are made fresh to order. The restaurant has ample indoor seating, including a bar area and a TV that plays movies. However, parking outside can sometimes be a challenge. I highly recommend trying the spicy tuna and shrimp tempura rolls.
The sushi and appetizers were excellent. However, I wouldn't suggest dining in at this restaurant right now. They seem to prioritize takeout orders over those eating inside. If you do choose to dine in, I recommend ordering appetizers from the kitchen, as they were able to serve us within about 15 minutes, while our sushi took a staggering 1 hour and 30 minutes to arrive. The food itself was fantastic, and I understand that they are trying their best to manage the situation. Just be prepared for lengthy wait times for drinks and water. Overall, great food, and I may consider returning to dine in once they've made some improvements.
The sushi is quite good, especially for the price. While it's not flawless, overall, the flavors were enjoyable and the presentation was outstanding. We did have a few critiques regarding the food. The seared salmon had a bit too much sauce, while the golden lobster rolls needed more. The tamago didn't taste particularly fresh. On the bright side, the chicken karaage was served in bite-sized pieces, which is perfect for a bar atmosphere. The staff here is extremely friendly; they even took the extra step to split our checks in advance, which was a nice touch. However, it does seem like they might be a bit understaffed.
Delicious, freshly made and super tasty. We loved the takoyaki and bad boy roll. Leave space for the brownie and ice cream.
We found out the owner himself was waiting on us and had a wonderful chat! He was so kind and welcoming. The room is beautiful and spacious, with music perfect both for normal volume conversations and silent eating. They've got a great staff, a beautiful restaurant and AMAZING SUSHI! Surprisingly it's also extremely affordable. This is the only sushi place for me. Also their green tea ice cream was a perfect topper to the night! Thanks Joe for taking care of us tonight! I'll be back again soon!
