A celiac's and vegan's delight! Cannot recommend Tilth highly enough! When I was diagnosed with celiacs disease over 2 years ago, my life, I thought, as a foodie ended. That is until Maria Hines' Tilth! A creative menu I could eat, and not ask to be changed due to my silly disease. Big fan! Just go. View all feedback.

The waiter was an idiot, tried to sell everything and was rude and slow to bring everything we asked for. The food was mediocre at best, the sauces were over the top and the tortillas tasted stale. Wouldn't recommend! View all feedback.

The restaurant provides outstanding service with great attention to detail. The cocktails are top-notch, and the atmosphere is peaceful and charming. The meal was simply delightful.
Tilth is our top pick for special celebrations. The cuisine is always outstanding, and the ambiance is cozy, inviting, and wonderfully charming.
My husband and I love dining at Tilth and we are always pleased with our experience. Our recent visit for our anniversary was just as wonderful. The steelhead trout and mushroom pasta that we ordered were both incredibly tasty, and of course, the desserts were as delightful as ever.
Professional service, food prep and presentation excellent. The telling truth of a superior dining experience is true body satisfaction. I continue to be a big fan.

We had an incredibly beautiful and delicious fine dining experience with exceptional service at this restaurant. The welcoming atmosphere, along with the incredible talent of the chefs and staff, made it a truly special experience. This was by far the best culinary experience we have ever had!
The food was delicious (my favorite was the bacon!)and restaurant was very cozy, service was wonderful.

We tried the tasting menu and it was absolutely delicious! I always thought Tilth only served vegetarian dishes, but I was pleasantly surprised. The food is organic and locally sourced. I highly recommend this restaurant.

The food at Tilth is consistently amazing. The menu is seasonal so it’s ever changing. The service is attentive without being overbearing.

We had an outstanding Thanksgiving dinner at Tilth. C must avoid gluten, and Tilth is great about accommodating her. The best dish of the meal was the parsnip soup amazing but all of the food was very good. And the service, as always, was both warm and efficient.
Bravo, delicious as always: We come here for special occasion as well as anytime. Fabulous!
Great meal. We dined here first on the X-mas eve fixed meal. The starters were great with fresh oysters with a nice sea-foam. Parsnip soup had wonderful depth with herbs The vegetarian options were excellent and the venison was perfectly prepared with a great huckle-berry sauce (some of the berries remained intact with warm spicy notes)-best meat-berry sauce I've had. They well accommodated wheat intolerance. Alcohol free drink choices were limited to two or water, and one of the two tasted exactly as billed, an apple pie. I will return on a regular evening.
