**Restaurant Review: Thudsuan - A Mixed Bag of Experiences**
Thudsuan, a Thai eatery, elicits diverse reactions, from disappointment to rave reviews. While some diners find the food bland and reminiscent of subpar dining, others rave about the incredible flavors and fresh ingredients. Standout dishes include the soft shell crab, Pad Thai, and vibrant soups, adored by many patrons. The service, often highlighted for its friendliness, contributes to a pleasant dining atmosphere, despite occasional criticisms of slow service or limited staff. Generally positioned as a solid choice for quality Thai cuisine, Thudsuan remains a noteworthy stop for both dine-in and takeout experiences.

The Thai food here is excellent and reasonably priced. The soft shell crab was outstanding!
Deliciousness! Always fresh and tasty, great service, good portions. Love this place!
My favorite Thai takeout spot in Capitol Hill! The food is consistently high quality, and the staff is always friendly. It’s not really a place for a night out, but I could happily enjoy their takeout every night of the week. I've tried about five different dishes from the menu, and they've all been fantastic. I highly recommend it, especially the Green Curry, which is my current favorite!
The food we have ordered has been delicious and flavorful. The only reason it gets four stars is that it can be quite greasy... more than standard Thai.
Had a lovely lowkey lunch here just now, and the service was as fantastic as the food. I loved the chicken pad thai, and unlike some places I've had it, the sticky rice and custard wasn't overwhelmingly coconutty; it was just right. I have to eat gluten-free, dairy-free, and nightshade-free because of some stomach issues, so it was great to find options that tick all those boxes. I'll be back for another plate on this trip!
