While some diners were disappointed in the service and food quality, others found the ambience to be great with exceptional dishes like the Fillet and Steelhead. The small and large plates cater to various preferences, and the wine selection is impressive, albeit a bit pricey. Overall, the experience seems to vary depending on the individual's expectations and preferences. Despite some shortcomings, Miller's Guild appears to be a popular choice for those who enjoy upscale dining and are willing to pay the price for a satisfying meal.
We enjoyed drinks in the bar and a nice tasty dinner. They served my husband a free dessert for his bday.
One of our favorite restaurants and always great food and service. So fun to come during restaurant week, but still prefer the regular menu and don’t mind paying the price!
Miller's guild has small plates big enough to share, and large plates designed to fill you up. The flavor, presentation, and quantity are all very satisfying. I went for the first time during Seattle Restaurant Week, and plan on coming back again!

The brussel sprouts and carrots appetizers were incredible! My mushroom pasta was quite bland. I'd recommend vegetarians to stick to the delicious small plates. HH is only in the bar, and the bar has minimal seating, so get there early to snag a spot. They have the auto 20% gratuity so service is okay. Expect to pay at least $80/person.
