Teriking - Feedback

What Daniel Song doesn't like about Teriking:
Poor food and poor service. I got some teriyaki chicken from this place and it was a big mistake. The portion size is abysmal, and the chicken itself tastes like burnt cardboard. I've been going to this place for over ten years. It used to be called Teriyaki Bowl but changed hands early during the pandemic. Things started to change slowly. The presentation/ packaging became fancier and the prices increased a little. Things got worse. About a year or so ago, every time I ordered here the food was terrible. Super dry, sometimes burnt.
