Great location, it has parking (although its the standard Seattle tight spots), no issues with stolen packages, cell phone service isn't great with in the concrete box, spaces get cleaned every day if not every other day, and its dog friendly. New management in 2022. They fixed our elevator after 2 .5 months but progress updates were few. Still waiting on our washing machine to be fixed since the day we moved in 4 months ago but hopefully that will magically get settled soon!

Nicole is awesome, one of the best property managers I had! She is one of the main reasons I keep renewing my lease. She always replies to maintenance requests promptly and gets things fixed right away. She also goes above and beyond to help her tenants. Also, cannot beat the amazing location of this apartment. It is nestled in the residential part of capitol hill near volunteer park and the arboretum, right above Hello Robin Short walk to Broadway and 15th Ave. The apartments are spacious, modern and filled with light. All units come with floor to ceiling windows!

We lived in Seattle for a year at 19th and Mercer and absolutely loved our time there. If it weren't for a job relocation out of state, we would have stayed. The apartment itself was beautiful and peaceful. Nicole, the manager, was wonderful to work with; we really miss her, as she was by far the best manager we've ever had. She was always responsive and professional, promptly addressing any issues that arose. On top of that, she was a genuinely nice person who organized enjoyable building activities before the pandemic. Robert, who handled maintenance, was also exceptional. He took care of everything that needed attention in a timely manner and was friendly and easy to work with. The neighborhood is fantastic, and we wholeheartedly recommend 19th and Mercer.

The apartments are situated in a fantastic location, within walking distance to Volunteer Park, Madison Valley, and Interlaken Park for recreational activities. It's also convenient to reach Trader Joe's on Madison and plenty of great restaurants on 15th Avenue. Nicole, the property manager, is incredibly helpful and always available for assistance. The apartments themselves are clean, spacious, and filled with natural light.

I’ve been living in this building since August 2014, and the transformation of the neighborhood has been remarkable! New buildings are emerging everywhere. Throughout my time here, there have been several changes in management, and I can't praise the current property manager and maintenance team enough. They make a fantastic team and are genuinely kind to all the tenants. Since the onset of COVID-19, they have maintained the building's cleanliness, established hand sanitizer stations, and implemented various safety measures for tenants. The maintenance staff is a pleasure to work with; they always go the extra mile to ensure everything functions properly and handle repairs promptly and effectively. We encountered some issues with our appliances, but the process for having them assessed was smooth (you can pay your rent and request maintenance through their app). I highly recommend this place if you're new to Seattle, particularly if you enjoy city living but prefer a quieter neighborhood that's still close to all the amazing attractions.
