I went to order a cake for my birthday. The guy manning the location took my order. When I went to pick up the cake, they said that there were no orders

I'm embarrassed and ashamed it took me so long to try this darling little shop's cake. Like obviously I failed with my priorities for all these years. I could of been so much happier if only I had visited this shop earlier. Besides making me question my life decisions this place really is phenomenal. Good gracious these cakes have divine touch, and will bless not only you but the three generations after you! We got the strawberry bagatelle and oh my gahhhhhh-telle. We an Asian family and we've stuck to Asian cakes cuz the other Asians understand our preference for fruit, lightness, and subtle balance and light sweetness. We siloed ourselves into a hole, and deprived ourselves of this equally balanced, deliciousness. Strawberry bagatelle has a light whipped cream that's sweetened just enough to balance some white cake, and whole frigkin juicy delicious strawberries sandwiched in the middle of the cake. It's like strawberries and cream, literally! The whole strawberries are amazing because they're juicy, slightly tart, amazing with the cream, and give such a nice wholesome bite. You need to call and place an order for any cakes here. Because it's literally a work of edible art that's cultivated only when specifically desired. I can appreciate this because I know my cakes are made the same day and will have fresh ingredients. I had to call a few times to get thru to them, but I got a delicious cake out of it so I'm not complaining. I'm in disbelief of how much cake I can actually consume when it's so frigkin delicious, but what's life without special occasions to indulge? I love you strawberry bagatelle. I'm sorry it took so long to discover you. Be forewarned, you'll need to multiply the serving size by 3 to satiate those who get a taste of this cake.

Dont judge a book by its cover (or store by its store front). Ordered the petite 4s and mini desserts multiple times to gatherings, got everyone hooked every single time. The desserts are a delight to the eyes and taste bud, no kidding. Do look at the online menu and order 48hrs ahead. They dont really put too much in their display case, and tbh their store front is a little... sad looking, so stick with what you see on the online menu and you wont be disappointed when you pick em up. Oh, cash only (or personal check)
