Supreme has solidified its reputation as a late-night favorite, known for hearty portions and lively ambiance. While many patrons appreciate the tasty pizza reminiscent of classic flavors, some have reported inconsistent quality, particularly with soggy crusts and lackluster toppings. The bar offers a delightful selection of drinks, enhancing the dining experience. However, service can be hit or miss, with some guests noting inattentiveness from staff. Overall, while Supreme boasts delicious offerings and convenient hours, diners hope for consistency in food quality and improved service. It remains a go-to for those craving pizza, but with caveats.

Every Friday, I’ll visit my girlfriend in West Seattle and every Friday, I’ll order a pepperoni pie here (occasionally with extra parm). Every Friday, I’ll wander over to pick up my pie and every Friday, the kitchen will be swamped and run 10 minutes behind. Every Friday, I’ll have a beer while I wait and since I’m not really a beer drinker, I’ll waddle back with my pie slightly tipsy. Every Friday, I get to enjoy the best damn pie in Seattle. My girl is moving so I won’t be able to swing by with the same frequency, but hot damn do yourself a favor and order a pizza here.

This place gets 5 stars simply for the fact they offer pizza until 2am or whatever 7 days a week. That being said, I have experienced variance in terms of their pie quality, but my last few visits have been consistent. For example, being given an extra slice because the pies were old/burnt.Supreme has the best ranch I've ever had. I didn't even know until I was graced with one unasked on a recent slice.Supreme also introduced me to Detroit style pizza.

Have really enjoyed Supreme for the year and half we’ve lived in the neighborhood. However the last couple times there has been a huge drop off in quality. We live a few blocks away so I was right on time at the 5pm pick up time. I ordered caesar salad and the Big Banger pie. I got home literally 5 minutes after picking it up, and the pizza was not only cold, but was a soggy wet mess. Toppings slid right off, and dough was still somewhat uncooked. I then opened the salad to see that there were 2 croutons and the lettuce was wilted. We still ate the salad, and had to heat the pizza in the oven at home. The reason I’m giving 2 stars is because the flavor of the food is still there. However the overall product has left me disappointed twice now and we’ll probably take Supreme out of our pizza rotation.

The pizza at Supreme has returned to the outstanding quality it had before the pandemic. Chef Fuller and his team have clearly overcome their difficulties in sourcing ingredients. The crust is once again perfectly baked with a delicious underside. In my opinion, when the Supreme pizza is at its peak, it’s the best slice on the East Coast. The staff have always been committed to excellent service, and I’ve never had a negative experience with any of them. They’re very friendly, though understandably can get stressed during busy periods. If you’ve avoided dining out due to the pandemic, I highly recommend giving this place another try. The restaurant industry has faced immense challenges in recent years, but these struggles don’t reflect the exceptional quality restaurants like Supreme continue to deliver.

The drinks pack a punch, and the pizza tastes great, even though the crust is slightly soggy. The Caesar salad is fairly ordinary and might not be worth trying. The restaurant’s ambiance, however, is excellent.
